Overview

In this short session, Hinata Kato of the channel Hina Channel presents a fat-burning dance they created themselves. The dance is meant to move the shoulder blades, ease rounded shoulders and a hunched posture, and raise metabolism. They lead viewers through the routine, then explain where the idea came from and why they think shoulder-blade position matters, especially for viewers working on their bust size. The video ends with a plea to wear a high-support sports bra.

The Routine: Moving the Shoulder Blades to the Rhythm

The first part of the video is a follow-along dance with cues called out as it goes. Kato describes it as a fat-burning dance that uses the whole body and targets rounded shoulders and slouching. Throughout, they ask viewers to stay aware of how their shoulder blades are moving.

Each movement comes with a stated purpose. One movement stretches the oblique abdominal muscles. Pulling the shoulder blades together is described as raising metabolism and creating a beautiful body line. Up-and-down motions are done to the rhythm. Partway through, Kato says the movements will give viewers a long neck and a beautiful back, make it easier to lose weight, and also help increase bust size.

The final stretch shifts toward the neck and shoulders. Viewers rotate the neck widely to stretch it, draw the shoulders toward the neck, and stomp their feet. Kato says this movement will eliminate shoulder bulk. Encouragement runs through the whole sequence, including "You are steadily getting closer to becoming the person you want to be" and a request to treat your body and yourself well. The routine closes with deep breaths and a reminder to praise yourself for working hard.

Why a Morning Stretch Became a Dance

After the routine, Kato explains that they use this dance as a form of stretching before going out for a walk. They say viewers should be able to feel their shoulders loosen and their body warm up, even though the dance is short.

They offer an explanation and say plainly that it has no definitive proof behind it. Because mornings are cold, they suggest, the body stiffens during sleep, the shoulder blades rise, and posture tends to lean forward. The dance, in their view, helps move things back into the right position and loosens the body.

The routine began as a stretch Kato already did regularly. They say they often do it while waiting for a train at the station. They wanted to turn that habit into a dance and call the result a "genius cardio workout" that combines bodywork and dance. They add that they want to do it every day.

Shoulder-Blade Position and Bust Size

Kato notes that many of their viewers are working to increase their bust size. They argue that putting the shoulder blades back in their correct position is important for that goal. In their explanation, shoulder blades that are raised, lowered, or spread apart lead to rounded shoulders and a hunched back. They also say this leaves the chest muscles pulled and stiff. As they put it, there is no benefit if the shoulder blades are not in the correct position. For this reason, they recommend the dance specifically to viewers focused on bust size.

They then share what they call a "secret between us." According to the transcript, they say there is a "brown muscle" in the shoulder blade area, and that stimulating these "brown cells" helps with weight loss. The terminology here is as transcribed and may not be precise. From this, Kato sums up the dance's benefits as improved metabolism, better posture, increased bust size, and fat burning, all from one routine. They call it "a dance of joy" because it is so efficient.

Why They Insist on a High-Support Sports Bra

In the last segment, Kato returns to a point they say they make often. In their description, breasts contain no bones or muscle, only fat, which is held in place with support from Cooper's ligaments. Because of this, they say, even small movements can cause sagging. They ask viewers to wear a high-support sports bra and frame it as "a promise between you and me." They also warn viewers not to end up with regrets in their 40s or 50s.

They recommend N7, saying it can be adjusted to fit your bust size, and show it as an example of the level of support they mean. They also say it does not have to be N7 and that other products will work too. Their point is that a supportive sports bra matters, whatever the brand.

Closing: The Walk Is Optional

Kato says they plan to finish their drink while out walking. They mention a drink they call "KYOHO KUN" and say it is delicious. They add that they are going for a walk because they made a promise to themselves. However, they tell viewers not to feel they must walk after the dance. In their view, the dance alone will make the whole body beautiful, and they encourage viewers to try it.
