Breast Enlargement From B to F: One Creator's Eight-Part Method After Six or Seven Years of Self-Experiment

Open on YouTube ↗
Overview

Hinata Kato (HINA) says she has spent the past six or seven years experimenting on her own body to make her breasts larger, documenting the process with before-and-after photos. In this video she pulls that experience into one compilation: what she believes worked, what didn't, and what she thinks everyone should do. Her central claim is that size is not achieved through any single trick or simply by gaining fat. It comes from a balanced combination of diet, posture correction, training, protecting the breasts from movement, sleep, skincare, the right underwear, and, in her case, one specific supplement. She says this approach took her up four cup sizes without surgery.

The Before-and-After Evidence and Why She Wanted to Show More

Kato opens with comparison photos. The first set shows a clear difference. Anticipating that viewers would want a fair comparison, she also shows two photos taken in the same position, wearing the same Adidas sports bra, before and after. She says she was surprised by how much her breasts had changed.

She explains that she was once very worried about her breasts. That is why she wants to help people struggling with the same issue. Over the years she photographed herself naked or in only a bra to track progress, and she reports that her breasts grew four sizes. She says she tried everything except breast augmentation and machine-based procedures at cosmetic clinics. That included the well-known massages, creams, and supplements, and even deliberately gaining weight.

She originally wanted to publish her nude progress photos. She showed them to her close friends Koba and Umi Shinonome. They praised her results, but when they learned she planned to make the photos public they tried hard to talk her out of it. After discussing it with them, she concluded that the risk of the photos leaking or being used in unauthorized advertisements was too high. She now plans to share them only through a membership system with people she trusts. She frames this as a matter of resolve: if the photos change someone's life, she is willing to share them.

Three Things to Understand Before the Method

Before listing her methods, Kato sets out three points she wants viewers to keep in mind.

2:38

No single method is enough

Her first point is that breasts are complex, and that results come from balance, as with weight loss. You cannot reach your goal body through diet alone; cardio, workouts, and diet together produce results. She applies the same logic to her eight methods: working hard on just one of them will not get you there. She gives a hypothetical mistaken reaction: "HINA said pineapple was effective so I ate it, but my breasts didn't get bigger."

She immediately adds a caveat so this doesn't sound discouraging. Working on one thing alone won't produce a figure like Fujiko Mine's, but it still moves you closer to your goal. She suggests starting with just one item without forcing yourself, treating it as a catalyst and a sign that you've begun. She stresses that effort matters a great deal, that she herself worked very hard, but that how you apply what she shares is ultimately up to you.

3:55

She is not against breast augmentation

Her second point is that she does not oppose augmentation surgery. She says she has always wanted it herself. She then lists the downsides as she sees them. People are afraid of being cut. It is expensive. Putting a foreign object in the body carries risk. Silicone is heavy, so the breasts need careful maintenance to avoid sagging. Fat-transfer augmentation tends to decrease over time and needs to be redone, which makes it risky and high-maintenance, though she acknowledges the results are beautiful. She also says augmentation makes the affected area harder to see in breast cancer screening, the same applies to fat transfer, and mammograms cannot be done with silicone implants because the implant may collapse or burst.

Still, she believes surgery can be life-changing. She has watched friends and others transform their lives through it, and she compares the endured pain to a form of effort. She thinks it's good if it makes people happy. For herself, she keeps it as a last resort. She might want to improve her body further in the future, and over six years of hard work she reassured herself that she could always get surgery if nothing else worked. Her message is that there is a lot you can try before taking on those risks. Since she gained four sizes without them, she wants to share how first; surgery can be considered afterward.

Bigger is not automatically better, and fat is not the answer

Her third point draws on her weight-gain experiment. Gaining weight scared her, she says. She didn't know whether it would increase her breast size or whether she could lose the weight again. In the end it did work: she went from an E cup to an F cup.

Even so, she says the experience convinced her that big breasts are not necessarily good, and that it's not about adding fat. When she posts about breasts she often sees comments like "I need to gain some fat first," and she calls this a complete misunderstanding. What matters, in her view, is shape. When the bones move back into their correct position, the fat moves back into place too. She says the methods that follow will make breasts look plump and beautiful.

To explain, she asks viewers to imagine being undressed by someone they like. That person, she argues, will notice how full and plump your breasts look, not whether you're a B or a C. The important things are shape and moisture. She adds that large breasts are hard to care for, so focusing on beauty makes more sense. She has coined her own term, "kyousei," combining "breast" with "to trim/adjust." She claims that doing kyousei for the first time alone makes breasts appear two sizes larger.

Method 1: Food, Starting With Gut Health

Her first method is diet, with a focus on intestinal health. She says a healthy gut changes how well nutrients are absorbed, improves the skin, and ends stomach upset. She also states that 90% of our "happy hormones" are produced in the intestines.

Method 2: Foods That Support the Ovaries

Her second point is eating to nourish the ovaries, since the ovaries release female hormones. She names iron, zinc, and vitamins, and says she ate ovary-supporting foods throughout her breast-enlargement period. She also recommends water, protein, carbohydrates such as rice, and enzymes such as those in pineapple. Pineapple, she explains, is rich in protein-digesting enzymes and contains fiber that helps the gut. Soy is good because its isoflavones stimulate female hormones, but she twice warns against eating too much.

Method 3: Stretching and Loosening — the Core of "Kyousei"

Kato says kyousei consists of relaxation and stretching. Her reasoning has several parts. Returning the bones to their correct positions repositions the fat. Loosening up promotes blood circulation, which matters because blood carries the nutrients we eat. Stretching can correct skeletal misalignment. And stiff muscles become unusable, so loosening them lets you use the muscles you need.

She describes one specific pattern: in some people, the back pulls the breasts apart, and correcting the back brings separated breasts closer together. She also points to the basket-shaped bones that run from under the breasts around to the back, which she means as the rib cage. When this structure is distorted by a hunched posture, internally rotated shoulders, or a "straight neck," the chest looks thin. Her goal is to keep it large and round so it can expand easily. She demonstrates on camera: correcting her slouch, lowering her shoulders, and improving her posture makes her breasts look larger. She says stretching and loosening are meant to keep the body in that state all the time.

Method 4: Train the Pectorals — Lightly

Her fourth method is chest training, which she says she still does constantly. Her explanation is that the pectoral muscles tend to draw toward each other, so training them helps breasts that sit far apart. As the pecs get a little stronger and larger, they pull the breasts inward and lift them, much as loosening does.

She warns against heavy weight training, though. Overtraining the pecs, she says, makes breasts covered in soft feminine fat become hard. Low weight with high reps, or bodyweight exercise, is enough.

10:36

Method 5: Never Let Your Breasts Bounce

Her fifth rule is to never shake your breasts. She explains that breasts are held up by collagen structures called Cooper's ligaments. Breasts have no muscle or bone, so these ligaments are their only support. The movement of exercise stretches them, and, combined with gravity, causes sagging.

She adds that this isn't only about running or jumping rope. Even light exercise or walking moves the breasts in three directions, including up and down. So she advises appropriate underwear even for walking, and a high-support sports bra for any exercise beyond light workouts or yoga. She says this applies whether or not you are trying to enlarge your breasts.

She then demonstrates a sports bra she designed and was wearing after a workout. Breast sizes vary so much, she notes, that no sports bra fits everyone. Her design uses a string that is pulled and then tightened further from the bottom, which she likens to holding the breast in your hand while exercising. It pushes up from below for firm support without flattening the top. The top still jiggles, she shows, but the underside is supported, so the breasts don't bounce. She also points out its loose shoulder strap, which she says keeps blood circulation to the breasts unrestricted.

Method 6: Sleep

For skin, weight loss, or breast enlargement, Kato says enough sleep is essential, because growth hormone is released during sleep and that is when the body changes most. To fall asleep earlier she got plenty of vitamin D from sunlight and exercised more. She says sleep also dramatically changed her skin.

13:21

Method 7: Skin Care — Baths and Moisturizing

Her seventh method is improving the skin, and she treats soaking in a hot bath as essential. In her account, it helps restore normal skin turnover, relaxes the muscles, improves circulation (she adds that this even lifts the scalp when washing your hair), and acts as a skin steamer. She calls it the ultimate beauty regimen anyone can do and says she doesn't understand why some people skip it.

She also stresses moisturizing, especially for people whose breasts sit far apart. Soft skin makes it easier for the breast shape to change, she says. Glossy skin also creates a highlighting effect that makes the breasts look more beautiful.

14:03

Method 8: Underwear That Doesn't Cut Off Circulation, Day and Night

Her eighth point is wearing underwear, day and night, that supports the breasts without restricting blood flow, especially at night. Tying this back to her earlier points on circulation, relaxation, and diet, she says over-restricting circulation causes adhesions and, since blood carries nutrients, can hinder breast growth. She admits this is hard to explain.

She shows a bra with very thick shoulder straps. A typical bra's thin straps, she says, cut off circulation where they press down, and that area contains a major artery. She recommends thick or double straps to spread the pressure. Underwire bras support the underside well but restrict blood flow, in her view, so she chooses quality padded bras instead. She mentions she is currently developing multi-purpose corrective underwear and padded night bras intended to avoid restricting circulation and to correct bone alignment. Until those are ready, she tells viewers to work with the points she has listed.

15:34

Supplements: Why She Takes Equol

Kato closes the method section with supplements, saying the one she always takes is equol. Her explanation: when soy is broken down in the intestines it becomes isoflavones, which intestinal flora further break down into equol. She describes equol as considered the closest thing to a female hormone and says only about 30% of people can convert it.

She bought an equol test kit on Amazon and found that at first her body couldn't produce it, so she took equol supplements. Interestingly, she says, after improving her gut health she became able to produce equol herself, and a recent test showed fairly high levels. She takes this as proof that healthy food is best. Rather than breast-enlargement supplements, she also took ovary-supporting supplements such as omega-3 when she couldn't get those nutrients from food.

16:33

What She Admits She Didn't Cover, and an Unexpected Change

Kato acknowledges that she hasn't given specific instructions like "you should definitely do this stretch." Her aim was to list all the key points and let viewers pick the one that suits them best.

She then describes something that surprised her, prefacing it by saying she assumes only women are watching: her menstrual blood became bright and smooth, like fresh or fake blood. She links this to diet, stretching, better circulation, and changes in bone positioning, but she frames it as a question rather than a conclusion. She asks whether it's just her and invites viewers to comment if they notice similar changes, even six months later.

What Comes Next

She says she plans to share specific stretches and workouts for breast enlargement in the future. Because teaching the topic thoroughly would take over her main channel, she is considering a separate channel or a membership system with detailed instruction, including diet, her own photos, and content for people serious about changing. She also mentions a method she discovered herself that uses the inner muscles to give anyone a slimmer waist, beautiful breasts, and beautiful legs, and says she will explain it later. She ends by saying she had the same worries herself and understands how viewers feel, and invites people to share their concerns in the comments.
