A Home Routine for Bust Lift and Posture: Stretches, Shoulder-Blade Work, and Why Sports Bras Matter

Open on YouTube ↗
Overview

In this video, fitness creator Hinata Kato leads a short routine she presents as training "to make your breasts bigger." Her central argument is that breast enlargement is mainly about returning bones and muscles to their correct positions, expanding the rib cage, and protecting breast tissue, not about adding fat. The session begins with loosening and stretching, moves into shoulder-blade and back exercises, and ends with knee push-ups. Afterward she gives what she calls a "motivational talk" about her own results, the role of lifestyle habits, and sports bras.

Loosening the Pectoralis Minor

The first step is self-massage of the area where the outer end of the collarbone meets the armpit. She identifies this as the pectoralis minor. Viewers spend 20 seconds on each side and keep breathing throughout. She stresses that hard pressure isn't needed and that a gentle shake is enough to relax the area.

She calls this "a very important loosening technique" for breast enlargement. In her explanation, when this muscle relaxes, the breasts tend to rise, rounded shoulders improve, and posture gets better.

Breathing Stretch for the Rib Cage

Next, viewers raise their arms, grab their elbows, and breathe deeply for 40 seconds, inhaling fully and exhaling slowly. She explains that the breasts sit on the rib cage, which she nicknames the "chest basket" because the anatomical term is hard to remember. She says the purpose of this stretch is to keep the rib cage round, large, and properly shaped. She describes it as "laying the groundwork" for the rest of the routine.

Two Stretches for Shoulder Blades and Chest

The routine then works the upper back in two directions.

In the first stretch, viewers clasp their hands, extend their arms forward, pull the chest in, and deliberately round the back for 30 seconds while breathing. She says this brings the shoulder blades back into position and helps with rounded shoulders, slouching, and posture in general.

The second stretch reverses the shape. Viewers clasp their hands behind the back, squeeze the shoulder blades together, and push the chest forward for 30 seconds. She links this back to the rib cage, saying it puts the rib cage into position and makes the breasts look bigger. She adds that it stretches the pectoralis major as well as the pectoralis minor loosened earlier, that it lets breath enter the chest properly, and that it "will really change the look of your breasts" while also improving posture.

Shoulder-Blade and Posture Exercises

A series of repetition-based movements follows:

  • Arm raises with shoulder blades held together: 10 reps.
  • A demonstrated movement for the trapezius: 10 reps. She explains it relaxes the trapezius and quickly returns the shoulder blades to their correct position. The move is shown on screen and not described verbally.
  • "KASUGA": 20 reps. This is her name for a move that draws the shoulder blades inward to support good posture.
  • "Pulling the stick down": 20 reps. She presents this as posture training.
  • Arms extended to the sides, then moved forward: 20 reps. She says this helps with breasts that point outward or sag.

Back Work: "TAKENOKONYOKKIKI"

The next move, which she calls "TAKENOKONYOKKIKI," is a 20-rep exercise for the back muscles. Her reasoning is that when the latissimus dorsi isn't used, "the back will continue to expand outward," so this move is meant to engage it.

Finishing with Knee Push-Ups

The last exercise is 10 push-ups with the knees on the floor and the hands placed together. She later calls these "diamond push-ups." She describes them as working the upper part of the breast and calls them "super important" and "seriously important." She says they make the breasts appear fuller "whether you're clothed or not."

Shape Over Size

After the workout, she addresses viewers directly. She says breast enlargement "can be done by anyone" and that it isn't simply a matter of adding fat. In her view, when bones and muscles return to their correct positions and the rib cage expands properly, the breasts return to their original position and take on a good shape.

She offers her own experience as evidence. She says longtime viewers will have noticed the change since her videos from one and two years ago, and that her bra size went from a B–C cup to an F cup. She immediately qualifies this by saying size isn't what matters. Shape is what counts, and in her view a well-shaped bust looks bigger on anyone.

Balance Rather Than Training Alone

She cautions that strength training alone isn't enough. "It's all a matter of balance," she says, and she compares it to weight loss. Her list of factors includes food, strength training, stretching, appropriate day and night underwear, moisturizing, and soaking in a bathtub. She argues that because these are habits anyone can practice, anyone can have beautiful breasts, and that it costs nothing.

She says she visited various expensive breast enlargement salons as research and concluded there was no need to pay those prices because the results can be achieved at home. She urges viewers who are considering augmentation surgery to try this approach first.

On timelines, she says she has been seriously researching her own breasts for six years but acknowledges she "took quite a detour." Her estimate is that someone doing it correctly could see sufficient results in about a year, with dramatic changes possible within three or four months.

Why Breast Movement During Exercise Matters

She also warns about letting breasts move during exercise: "Never shake them." Her explanation is that breasts don't contain bones or muscles the way arms, stomachs, or legs do. They consist of fat and mammary glands supported by collagen structures she calls Cooper's ligaments. Even light exercise moves the fat in all directions, and she says regular exercise in a sports bra that doesn't support the breasts will gradually cause sagging. For anyone trying to enlarge their breasts, she calls a supportive sports bra "extremely important."

The N7 Sports Bra

She then introduces N7, a sports bra she made herself, and explains its design in terms of her emphasis on blood circulation. She says a narrow strap pressing into the area near the shoulder creates a sunken mark and restricts circulation, which she considers bad because large blood vessels pass there. For that reason, N7's straps are made loose but wide. She says the corset section firmly supports the breasts, so the straps can stay loose. She adds that the crossed back improves posture and tightens around the ribs so the wearer can feel breath entering.

She doesn't insist on her own product. She says viewers who are serious don't need to buy N7 but should choose a sports bra with good support and exercise thoroughly, and that she is sharing it because she got good results with it.

Deleted Videos and Choosing One Exercise

She apologizes for removing her earlier workout videos and says this doesn't mean they were ineffective. Her channel has fewer breast-focused videos than strength or cardio videos, so she wanted to reorganize them into a single easy-to-follow method, deleted the old ones, and released this one.

She acknowledges the full video may feel long. Her final advice is to pick something sustainable, even if it's just the 10 diamond push-ups each morning or the TAKENOKONYOKKIKI move alone. She compares the process to orthodontics: change happens gradually as long as you keep doing one thing consistently.
